A softly held space to move, meditate, and manifest. Each month we gather to reconnect with what matters, protect our energy, and create calm within everyday life. Guided by Jessica Ellmer, with special guests sharing magic to ground you, the session blends mindful movement, breath-led meditation, gentle journaling, and simple boundary practices. You’ll slow down, listen inward, and leave with one clear intention to carry into the month ahead.

What to expect

  • Mindful Pilates based movement that releases tension and meets all bodies and abilities

  • Guided meditation to soften the nervous system and steady the mind

  • Journaling prompts to let go of what’s heavy and name what you’re calling in

  • Loving, practical boundary tools to keep your light steady

  • Optional community sharing to feel witnessed and supported

Who it’s for
Women seeking clarity, calm, and a kind nudge toward their next step. Beginners welcome. Everything is invitational.

How you’ll leave
Lighter in your body, clearer in your mind, and grounded in a simple intention you can actually keep. Expect one or two practical takeaways you can use daily in under five minutes.
