Welcome to The Cocoon Collective. We’re so honoured you’re here. This space is designed to support you in reconnecting with yourself and others through curated content, events, and community connection. By joining any of our offerings — including The Reconnection, The Practitioners Pod, The Wellness Marketplace, or The Club — you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Membership Access & Inclusions

Your membership grants access to specific spaces, events, and content depending on the level you’ve selected:

• The Reconnection – For women ready to slow down, reflect, and reconnect.

• The Practitioners Pod – For heart-led wellness professionals to share, grow, and connect.

• The Wellness Marketplace – A space for wellness practitioners and seekers to meet through sessions, classes, and offerings.

• The Club – A free entry-level community space for connection and positivity.

Membership content may include live workshops, recorded sessions, challenges, access to directories, and peer interaction within our Mighty Networks platform.

2. Payments & Pricing

All memberships are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis (as selected at checkout). Pricing is listed clearly on each membership page and may be subject to change with notice.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that life changes — and honour your choice to pause or move on when needed.

• You may cancel your membership at any time by accessing your account settings via our platform or contacting us at: [hello@cocooncollectiveclub.com].

• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access until that date.

• We do not offer refunds on memberships that have already been billed. This is to honour the energy, content, and community access provided.

For one-time course purchases or special event bookings, cancellation or refund terms will be clearly stated at point of sale.

4. Community Guidelines

The Cocoon Collective is a sacred space. By joining, you agree to:

• Engage with kindness, compassion, and respect

• Honour the confidentiality of personal shares within the community

• Refrain from unsolicited promotion or sales unless part of the designated practitioner spaces

We reserve the right to remove members who violate these values.

5. Content Ownership & Use

All content within The Cocoon Collective — including videos, guides, graphics, and workshop recordings — is the property of The Cocoon Collective and is intended for personal use only. Please do not share, distribute, or reproduce without written permission.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be communicated via email and updated on our website.
